Good Design is Not Good Enough

Each website we develop goes through our advanced project management process that keeps you involved every step of the way. Each project that is submitted to Avid Web Design is personally handled. This ensures an on-time, on-budget completion.

We will begin the development process by working with you to properly plan your site. Through Strategy, Planning and Analysis we will be able to design a website that will best suite your needs. We do it all in the simple steps listed below.

Our Goal

It isn't enough anymore to just have a web site. You need a web design company that researches your target audience, and uses strategic planning to bring effective content to your web presence.

• ANALYSIS – In this step, your assigned professional designer/web programmer will research the needs of your identity. The designer/web programmer will look at the design/web code from both the perspective of the user and the business to determine the goals your design/code needs to meet.
  
  
• BUILDING A QUOTE – After the analysis stage has been complete, we will send you a quote for your project as well as all business terms. Upon acceptance of these terms, a payment of 50% of the quote is to be paid within 1 week. All invoices can be viewed through Avid Web Design's client support system. Avid Web design accepts payment through Google Checkout.
  
  
• DEVELOPMENT – Upon accepting business terms, your designer will produce concepts (mockups) of the look and feel of your website and/or logo as well as a navigation schema. Once a direction is chosen, we will refine that design and begin crafting the sub-page layouts. If your project requires custom coding, your assigned web programmer will perform custom modifications after all files have been backed up. Avid Web Design uses an advanced project management system that allows all clients to access updates regarding every aspect of their project.
  
  
• LAUNCH – Once your project has been completed and is ready to be live on the web we must receive the remaining balance. After payment has been received, we will upload the project to your website to be viewable for the public. After this, your assigned designer/web programmer will have a meeting with you to discuss further needs. You will be provided with details on maintenance and update contracts, as well as possible marketing strategies.
